Returns & Exchanges
Hestra USA accepts returns only for unused items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your order as described here and place a separate order for the correct item.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with tags attached.
If your order was delivered by UPS:
To get a $7 prepaid return shipping label, please open your tracking link (sent via email when your order shipped) and click “Return This Package” - if you do not have your tracking link, please contact us at cs@hestrausa.com for assistance.
If your order was delivered by US Postal:
To get a $7 prepaid return shipping label, please contact us at cs@hestrausa.com and we will arrange a printable label to be delivered via email.
If you use the prepaid return shipping label, a $7 deduction is taken from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible to the card used when initially placing the order. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your card statement. Initial outgoing shipping fees are not refunded.
Returning unused gloves without tags attached or returning 5 or more pairs of gloves is subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Returned gloves that show signs of use cannot be accepted into inventory and will be returned to sender.
